Nowadays, each college has the following arrangement Dean, Master, Affiliated faculty, Resident Fellows. Each college is featured with the distinctive architecture. College provides its own seminars and social events. The students of each college are engaged with the different college and overseas programs, as all the colleges have great connections with the other educational institutions both native and foreign ones.

The following residential colleges are presented within the structure of the Yale University: Berkeley College, Branford College, Calhoun College, Davenport College, Ezra Stiles College, Jonathan Edwards College, Morse College, Pierson College, Saybrook College, Silliman College, Timothy Dwight College, Trumbull College. The names of colleges are given to them in the honor of the alumni studied in the Yale University, or important figures of the history on Yale University.

In 1998, the era of the renovations has become to all the colleges within the Yale University, and in the majority of buildings, it has been already completed. Nowadays, all the colleges are provided with all the modern facilities and conveniences.

A lot of buildings of the University of Yale are constructed in neo-gothic style dated back to the 1917-1931. Connecticut Hall is considered to be the oldest construction within the University of Yale. It was build in 1750 in the Georgian style, that is why being an old building, still it makes the impression of the modern style construction.

The Beinecke Rare Book Library contains many ancient manuscripts. John Hey Whitney Medical Library is an owner of historical medical texts. Within this library, not only rare books, but also the collection of old medical instruments can be found.

The Lewis Walpole Library possesses the greatest and the largest collection of the literary works of Great Britain. However, Yale University is famous not only in terms of its out-standing collection of books, but also in terms of different museums which are considered to be a real treasure of the Yale University. The Yale University Art Gallery contains 180,000 of different works in different fields of the human-being life.

Peabody Museum of Natural History is considered to be one of the most popular museums. It contains the collections in archeology, natural environment, and anthropology. The Yale University Collection of Musical Instruments is also a well-known Yale’s Collection and it is always wins the great success with the visitors.

Harvard-Yale regatta and the Game are the annual contests, which gather an enormous quantity of spectators and fans.
